Nike Dunk High tops “Monochromatic Canvas” Pack

Posted in Nike Dunks premium SB High News on May 31st, 2010 by admin

Recently, a number of Nike Dunk High tops dropped with canvas uppers for the “True Colors” World Cup effort. Those donned the Autoclave soles, though, while the two we’re seeing here rely on the standard Nike Skate SB sole we’re all used to.

Both a black and red shoe were designed, making use of monochromatic builds. The red sways from its one color approach slightly, as the outsole is black, which is likely for added durability. Metal eyelets on the midfoot of both match the respective upper on which they’re used.

Nike Skinny Dunk customizers come in varying degrees of expertise and every time we see a shoe that involves sewing we know we are dealing with a true master. Such is the case with these Keep Calm Nike Skate SB Low’s.

The shoes are done with a teal toe and grey heel that meet in the middle to find a black suede quarter panel. The all suede creations simply host the words KEEP CALM on the heel tabs and they also have 3M reflective material that can be found around the swoosh. Falsequest did a great job on these.

Posted in Nike Dunks premium SB Low News on May 23rd, 2010 by admin

Between random colorways and the Rock-N-Roll and Kill Bill-inspired releases, we’ve defiantly been given a nice selection of Nike Big’s to pick and choose from so far this year. There’s been a little something for the girls and a little something for guys, usually in both the high-top and low-top silhouettes.Nike Skinny Dunk

As you should know a lot of things come in two’s these days. So, when there’s a guy release of a certain model there’s more then likely a version for the women lurking in the shadows. Which is just the case with the two new Nike Big’s arriving at retailers. Earlier this month we showed you a Nike Big Nike Dunk High tops for the guys in White/Marina Blue-Obsidian (there’s that Marina Blue again) and now we’ve spotted a Nike Big Nike Low for the women.

Dividing a predominantly white leather base, this Nike Big Nike Low features an abstract-like design on the mid-panels consisting of various straight edged shapes in orange, pink, purple, yellow and blue. Glossy black patent leather is used to construct the Nike Swoosh, with the color also being adding to the tongue, lining, NIKE branding on the heel and throughout the sole unit.Nike Skate SB

The sneakers are available now at select Nike retailers, including topsdunks, for a retail price of $72.
